ENGAGEMENT SURVEY AFFILIATION
Attendees can complete the Engagement Survey by scanning QR codes at the event. The survey includes standard questions such as:
- What are you taking away from this session? For instance, what did you learn, observe, or wonder about?
- Did you ask a question or speak with the presenter(s) in this session?
- If yes: What did you learn from speaking with the presenter(s)?
Faculty can add custom questions for their students or track attendance for extra credit by requesting course affiliation. Only students who select your course will see your questions, and you will receive a copy of their responses.JOIN AN AWARD REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Undergraduate Research Symposium offers multiple awards across disciplines, with review committees made up of faculty, graduate students, and post-doctoral fellows. Committee members attend the symposium to review presentations and select recipients. Preview the award offerings to learn more about the awards and express interest in joining a review committee by emailing ugresearch@uoregon.edu or contacting your department head.
VOLUNTEER TO MODERATE
Oral Presentation sessions group 3-5 projects by theme. Volunteers are needed to moderate, introduce speakers, and ensure smooth transitions. For more information and to sign up, visit the Symposium Details page.
