Indigenous, Race and Ethnic Studies (IRES) Award

The Indigenous, Race and Ethnic Studies (IRES) Award, sponsored by the Department of Indigenous, Race and Ethnic Studies and the Division of Undergraduate Education and Student Success, will recognize outstanding research and creative work in projects focused on the study of ethnicity, race, and indigeneity. Eligibility Criteria: Projects must focus on study of ethnicity, race, and indigeneity connected to issues of gender, class, sexuality, migration, and colonialism. Projects may be delivered in any format. Award Amounts: Two (2) $200 Awards; One (1) $100 Honorable Mention Awards.
